We understand our clients’ needs as only specialists can. All of our Directors and Senior Consultants have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the higher education sector, including as senior Human Resources leaders within universities.
We are agile and responsive to client needs, meaning we get outstanding results, quickly, with a thorough but flexible recruitment process that moves as fast as our clients.
We are committed to building strong, lasting relationships with both our clients and candidates, and we are serious about satisfaction. We stand behind a 12-month guarantee on all new appointments, but are proud that we have never been required to repeat a recruitment process under the guarantee since our establishment in 2009.
